Slow Food Presidium and DOP (Protected Designation of Origin), the green gold that rises on the slopes of Mount Etna has a unique and unforgettable flavor. In our preparations it is used as a base for a variant of pistachio almond paste; excellent base for almond milk with pistachio, granitas and other typical sweets.
Ingredients: almond, Bronte pistachio, sugar, honey, egg white, natural flavors.
